Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by Cabello Hair and Beauty (UK) Ltd. to individual Guests (“Subscribers”). By enrolling in the subscription programme, you (“the Subscriber”) agree to the following terms.
Overview
The Cabello Blow Out Subscription (“Subscription”) provides guests with blow dry and styling services at a discounted rate.
Subscription Term
- The subscription has a contract length of 1 month.
Subscription Options (Weekly Plans)
- The Weekly plans include a set number of blow outs per month (4)
- All blow outs are with selected Stylists in the Silver or Gold pricing structure.
- Gold, Diamond or Director blow outs are excluded (please ask if you are interested in this service).
- Unused appointments do not roll over to the following month.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Additional services (e.g. treatments, extension maintenance, cuts or colour) can be added, which are priced within our service menu (available on our website).

- Unlimited plans include unlimited blow outs, according to the ‘fair use’ policy.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- All blow outs are with selected Stylists in the Silver or Gold pricing structure.

- Bestie Blow out and other Cabello promotions/offers
- 50% off Bestie Blow out pass is for single use only and are valid for guests who visit with an active subscriber.
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers/double discounting.
- Subscriptions are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is available at any time, however it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Please let us know 7 days prior to your next payment, so we can ensure your card is not debited.
- No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except as required by applicable law. If you payment is taken, it is accepted that you will be using your blow-out subscription for the next month.
- Refunds are not available for partially used months.
- The cancellation process will be as simple as the sign-up process, without unnecessary steps.
- Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.
Abuse of Membership
- Cabello reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership if it is believed that:
The subscription is being shared or booked under different names.
It is being used excessively or outside the intended purpose (e.g., for event clients or third parties).
The member misuses, or repeatedly books and cancels last minute, limiting access for others.
Fair Use policy
1 blow-out may be booked at a time
Multiple appointments cannot be booked on the same day
Appointment slots are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Appointment Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
No shows or late cancellations will count as a used session for that week.
Repeated missed appointments may lead to suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
Expired or unused services cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
Policy Changes
Cabello may update its Fair Use Policy from time to time to reflect salon capacity, demand, or operational needs. Members will be notified in advance of any major changes.
Pricing changes may be required to meet future government and salon expense increases. You will be notified 60 days in advance of any increase in pricing.
If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.
Cooling-Off Period
If you sign up online or outside the salon premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of sign-up for a full refund, provided you have not used any membership services during that period.
To exercise this right, contact Cabello Hair and Beauty (UK) Ltd in writing within the 14-day period.
Payments
Membership fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method on file.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled
You agree to keep your payment details up to date.
If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until resolved.
General
Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
The salon reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
By joining, you accept these terms and agree to comply with all salon policies.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under consumer law.
These terms are governed by applicable local laws in your region.
