All blow outs are subject to availability and may be booked one at a time.

No, if you are a weekly member, you may not roll unused blow outs to the following month.  So use your 4 wisely.

Cabello Blow Out Subscriptions cannot be frozen or paused. All memberships run on a monthly rolling basis and remain active until the end of your current billing period unless cancelled. If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel anytime by letting us know at least 7 days before your next payment.

• You can continue to use your blow outs for the rest of that month.

• No refunds are given for payments already made or for partially used months (unless legally required).

Yes, you may book one appointment in advance.

Unlimited members will be added to our TOP Priority What’s App group and will be offered spaces at least 2 hours before anyone else.  You can see that gaps and book in the usual way or respond there and then.

You could even walk in and chance an available appointment.

Bookings are subject to availability, so we do recommend booking as soon as you can. We will always try our best to fit you in.

No, if you would like to tip your Artist, you may do so in cash or using our Easytip QR code in salon (which goes directly into their bank).

Contracts are monthly and can be cancelled at anytime.

All blow outs, hair ups and plaits are included (style depends on the plan).  Additional services, such as colours, extension maintenance, Fabriq treatments (except your free one with Unlimited), are all additional – we will of course not charge should a blow out be required within your additional service paid for.

Our Fair Use Policy ensures all members have equal access to appointments. Under this policy:

• You may book one blow-out at a time.

• You cannot book multiple appointments on the same day.

• All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Excessive or inappropriate use (such as booking for others, repeated last-minute cancellations, or using the subscription for events/third parties) may lead to suspension or cancellation of your membership.

The Bestie Blow Out Pass gives a friend 50% off a single blow out when they visit the salon with an active subscriber.

• It can be used once per guest.

• It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

• The pass has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your service time may be reduced so we can stay on schedule for other guests.

Please note for weekly, that if you are too late to be seen, it may be treated as a late cancellation, which will count as a used session for that week.

Yes. If you sign up online or outside the salon, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.

• You can cancel within these 14 days for a full refund, as long as you haven’t used any membership services during that time.

• To cancel please call and speak to Diane or Kat.

• Your membership benefits may be paused or temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

• You’ll need to update your payment details or retry the payment to reactivate your subscription.

• Once the payment issue is resolved, your membership will continue as normal.

Yes. Cabello may make reasonable changes to the subscription Terms & Conditions when needed.

• If there are major updates, including changes to the Fair Use Policy, you will be notified in advance.

• If pricing changes are required, you will receive 60 days’ notice before the new pricing takes effect.

• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you can cancel your membership before the changes come into effect.

Membership abuse includes any behaviour that goes against the intended use of the subscription. This may include:

• Sharing your subscription or booking appointments under different names.

• Excessive or inappropriate use, such as using the subscription for events, third parties, or non-personal use.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows that limit appointment availability for other members.

• Any misuse that negatively affects the salon, staff, or other guests.

Cabello reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships if abuse is suspected.
