The salon is designed following our eco-philosophy;

• hair stations, nail bar, tables and shelves are upcycled from railway sleepers
• a soft flow of bamboo flooring acquired from sustainable forest
• disposable eco-towels, give you clean fresh towels every visit and are recycled following your service
• fair-trade refreshments
• all possible materials used throughout the salon are recycled where possible.

Community Support

At Cabello we support our local community by providing fundraising events and volunteer days throughout the year. This year we have selected The Witham Town Luncheon Club.

The Witham Town Luncheon Club provide a hot ‘home cooked’ meal, dessert and tea or coffee for the over 60’s every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11.30-1.15pm at the Town Hall. They hold a raffle each day and the volunteers even do all the washing up!

The volunteers give their personal mobile numbers to the elderly who struggle to cope with every day life and even provide taxi services for those who are unable to make the journey and who live very lonely lives. They encourage people to come along, meet some new friends or catch up with old ones.

The meal is priced at just £4.50 so the costs they face far outweigh the funds generated, and the charity struggle to pay essential bills such as rent, kitchen appliances and supplies.
