Cancellation Policy

1.1 The Services offered are only available by appointment. You may book an appointment by email, facebook/Instagram messenger, using our online booking service, in person at the salon or via telephone;

1.2 Your request for a booking for an appointment will be an offer, and will be accepted by our discretion.

1.3. When booking an appointment, we do not require a booking fee or deposit.  We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you later decide you need to cancel.

1.4. If you know you are going to be late for an appointment, please contact us by phone. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after an appointment time, we will try to provide the Services You have booked but if we cannot, the appointment will be treated as cancelled without notice.

1.5. If you repeatedly cancel a booking (more than 3 times) with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of your service price upon booking all future appointments.

1.6. If, due to exceptional circumstances including, but not limited to, illness, accidents and bereavement, you cancel an appointment without giving at least 24 hours prior notice, we will consider the circumstances and at our discretion decide whether to waive any mark for cancellation.

1.7 We may cancel an appointment booked before the time and date of that appointment in the following circumstances:

  • The required personnel and/or required materials necessary for the provision of the services are not available;
  • An event outside of our reasonable control continues for more than 1 hour.

1.8 We will use all reasonable endeavours to start your services at the appointment time you have booked.  Your start time may be delayed by overrun of a previous appointment or by other circumstances. If a delay to start is at least 30 minutes we will notify you as soon as possible, that there will be a delay.  If this is not acceptable to you, you may cancel the appointment with out pentalty.
